Welcome to the Stalmine Parish Council Website

Stalmine with Staynall Parish Council covers the village of Stalmine and the hamlet of Staynall in North Lancashire. It has 6 parish councillors, one of whom is elected Chairman at the Annual Meeting in May.

The Council employs a Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer who carries out the administrative work associated with the day to day running of the Parish Council. It also employs two Lengthsmen whose job it is to keep the area neat and tidy and to carry out improvement works on behalf of the Parish Council.

The Parish Council is committed to ensuring that it is well run, complies with all the relevant legislation, engages with the local community and works hard to improve things for local people.
